Kit Request Form
Use this form to request club kit for use in the pool or in open water.
PLEASE NOTE: Requests will not be considered until the hire charge payment has been received.
Submitted forms are automatically sent to Tim Boyes - contact him via whatsapp with any queries or concerns. Once payment is confirmed, you will be contacted by one of the team to arrange collection.
You can check the status of your request by entering your email address below. A confirmation email will be sent that provides a link to the list of all submitted requests (check your junk folder if not received!).
If you are requesting kit you have had before, please provide the number(s) if applicable. Kit must be returned within the week following collection, unless otherwise agreed.
The current price-list is as follows and applies per day or weekend. Kit requested for pool use only will not be charged (other than a small fee for air):
£10 Full Cylinder
£10 Regulator
£5 BCD
£15 Drysuit and undersuit
£3 Undersuit only
£5 Computer
£5 (any combination of) Mask, Weights, Fins, Hood, Gloves
(or £40 for a complete set with drysuit etc).
